Rebrand Planet A Foods and establish a robust B2B strategy to position them as a premium alternative chocolate supplier for leading CPG brands.

SOLUTION
Create a comprehensive brand book for Planet A Foods and its ingredient brand, ChoViva. This includes a strategic B2B approach that highlights the advantages of co-branding the ChoViva logo on packaging, effectively conveying the value of partnership.

RESULTS
Achieved successful partnerships with major retailers and FMCG brands, resulting in the launch of various products featuring ChoViva as an ingredient, prominently displaying its logo on packaging. In 2023, this initiative led to the sale of 1 million cereal packages.

PCX Markets & PCX Solutions Brand

GOAL
Transition the Plastic Credit Exchange (PCX) brand from a non-profit organization to two distinct entities: PCX Solutions and PCX Markets.

SOLUTION
Effectively differentiate the non-profit arm from the for-profit arm by implementing consistent messaging, launching new websites, and clarifying governance structures along with defined roles and responsibilities within the organization.

RESULTS
The new structure received strong acceptance from industry partners and peers, leading to a notable increase in the diversion of plastic waste from natural environments through innovative and high-integrity plastic credits.

GOAL
